Hertfordshire constabulary appeals for witnesses
Police say a boy was taken to hospital yesterday following reports of a stabbing incident near the Furzefield Leisure Centre in Potters Bar. Anyone with any information is urged to contact Hertfordshire police.
In a tweet sent out by Potters Bar and Shenley Police this afternoon officers say the incident happened after an altercation near the centre in Mutton Lane, Potters Bar.
The boy, whose name has not been released, is said to be in a stable condition.
Officers attended reports of a boy that had sustained a stab wound after an altercation near the Furzefield Leisure Centre. Ambulance attended and the boy was taken to hospital and is in a stable condition.
