According to Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council the following Christmas waste can be put in your wheelie bins.
- Christmas cards (heavily decorated with glitter, foil, etc) go in the black rubbish bin.
- Christmas cards (plain) go in the blue lidded bin (inner box)
- Christmas trees (real and cut up) go in the brown compost bin along with food waste (if you have paid to have the brown bin emptied)
For those who have lost the card showing the revised collections for the festive holiday period, here is a reminder.
