The Potters Bar household waste recycling centre has reopened, although the county council says it should be used only if storing waste at home is a genuine health or safety risk.

Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) says the public must not visit the recycling centre if they are self-isolating or have coronavirus COVID-19 symptoms.

According to HCC, the centre will accept green waste, card, wood, rubble, non-recyclable waste, and large appliances such as fridges and cookers.

The Potters Bar recycling centre is on the Cranborne Industrial Estate, Cranborne Road, Potters Bar, EN6 3JE. The opening hours, taken from the HCC site, are copied below.
